The Challenge

Google G Suite introduced a readily available e-mail solution for Ronesans employees of the Ronesans and allowed Ronesans to redistribute IT teams’ time to manage their servers to other critical tasks.

The Solution

NGC first reviewed Ronesans Holding’s existing IT environment. They assisted Ronesans with the sign up and initial account setup for G Suite NGC then configured the seminary’s MX-DNS records, NGC deployed its Google G Suite users Provisioning-Synchronization and Web Single Sign-On tools. Each of these tools allows Ronesans IT staff to synchronize G Suite accounts through it’s Active Directory.

The Results

By implementing Google’s and NGC’s solutions, Ronesans has an email solution that comes with lower IT administration costs, higher user satisfaction, and increased productivity. This peace of mind allows Ronesans IT focus on more strategic initiatives.

NGC worked closely with Ronesans IT Team to implement Google G Suite. From a technical point of view, the transition was smooth, although some of the systems at which the offices were operating were not supported by the transit tool.
